This initial 30-minute consultation is designed to hear you and give you concrete and a clear path forward. You will leave with a clearer understanding of your situation, a start-up strategy to address it, and the assurance that you are moving forward with the right support.
The 90 minute consult is an extended, intensive session that provides the space and time we need to thoroughly explore the root of a specific challenge—whether it’s a recurring pattern, a core belief, or a complex situation. Building on our initial assessment, we will collaboratively develop a detailed, personalized treatment plan of techniques and practices tailored to your unique needs.
